Why this service exists
Party wall questions often arrive too late.
Through architectural work, I have seen owners unsure whether notice is needed, neighbours worried about what they are being asked to sign, and avoidable confusion affecting otherwise good projects.
MS Party Wall was created to offer a clearer, more proportionate service: understand the building, explain the procedure plainly and focus on the matters that genuinely need resolving.
The practice is based in Blackheath and serves Greenwich, Lewisham and wider South East London. Weekend appointments are available where access and the instruction allow.

My architectural background helps me understand the design and construction issues behind party wall matters. When appointed under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, however, my role is distinct: I act impartially and consider the rights and interests of both owners.
Any potential conflict is checked before an appointment is accepted.
